In accordance with art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (Official Journal of the EU L 119 of 04.05.2016) I inform that:

  3. Your personal data will be processed in order to perform the contract, pursuant to art. 6 clause 1 lit. b of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council and in accordance with the legitimate objectives pursued by the Administrator, including to carry out orders, settlements, communication related to the provision of services, communication via the contact form and to provide marketing content on the basis of art. 6 clause 1 lit. f Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
  4. Providing Personal Data is voluntary, however, failure to do so will result in the inability to perform the contract.
  5. Your Personal Data to the extent that the basis for the processing of your data is consent, will be processed until its withdrawal, in the field of tax settlements - for the period resulting from art. 86 § 1 of the Tax Code (consolidated text, Journal of Laws 2018 item 800), and in the other - for legal security reasons - until any claims are time-barred
  6. The recipients of your Personal Data will only be entities authorized under the law to obtain them, as well as entities cooperating in the implementation of contracts and IT services.
  7. You have the right to request the administrator to access personal data, rectify it, delete or limit processing, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body, which is the President of the Office for Data Protection.
  8. Your personal data will not be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area.
